What should I do if the size is not right, or I do not like the colour or style I chose?
You may return the gloves unworn, apart from trying them on, within 90 days of receiving them. We will send another pair of KARMA gloves of your choice in exchange.

I have changed my mind or do not like the gloves and do not want an exchange
You may return the item unworn, apart from trying it on, within 30 days without giving a reason. We will refund the full purchase price. We cannot accept parcels sent cash on delivery; refunds are always made by bank transfer.
Send the item to: MANUAL Divat Kft., Siklósi út 22/2, 7622 Pécs, Hungary.
Include the following in the parcel:
- Glove(s)
- Your name and bank account details for the refund
